Stat::lsMode
rationale:
This module provides a few functions for conversion between binary
and literal representations of file mode bits, including file type.
All of them use only symbolic constants for mode bits from
File::Stat::Bits.
In possible relations between Stat::lsMode and this module,
Stat::lsMode is higher level. This module can provide portable base
functions for lsMode.
Unlike Stat::lsMode, there is no "novice mode" and only full mode
representation allowed (file type is not optional).
This module [will be] used in scripts like archivers which are
needed portable string representation of file attributes.
