why:
A collection of Module building blocks very useful for web
applications. Currently about 2000 lines worth. These modules
themselves don't actually output any html.
Comming next will a collection of modules using the previous ones
to actualy create "standard" web applications. Some of these include
WWWBoards, Configuration Systems, Form Builders, ...etc.
Most notably, DB::SQL::*.pm contains modules to translate the SQL
itself to specific database engines for use along with Tim Bunces
DBI. (dates, nulls, outerjoins, concats)
A subclass of CGI with added date/time methods for creating
completely configurable date/time form elements _easily_.
