rationale:
Taking an idea from the book "Data Munging with Perl" I created
this module to parse simple configuration files done in a standard
Windows style format, i.e.
[section1] parameter1=value1 parameter2=value2
etc..
This module uses Parse::RecDescent to accomplish the parsing of the
file. I eventually plan to add the ability to write data back to the
configuration file.
