This module transforms between unicode character map formats, using
an in-memory representation of CharMapML (Unicode Technical Report
#22) as the intermediate format.
Currently is supports the CharMapML, YAML and UCM (write-only)
backends; ENC, Iconv and other maps are also planned. This work is
being comissioned as part of the OpenI18N initiative's plan to
revise and standardize Big5-related character maps, but should be
gernerally useful to encoding and unicode users.
