rationale:
As an add-on to the Math::Project3D module, this module allows
plotting projections created using the Math::Project3D module and
Imager.
Because it's specifically geared towards use with the module in the
parent namespace, Math::Project3D::Plot should not go into a totally
unrelated namespace. Hence I just appended the '::Plot'.
