I want to contribute two modules:
DBIx::CodeKit - Universal database code table. DBIx::BabelKit -
Multilingual universal code table.
These replace many database code tables with a single physical code
table which holds all of the required code sets. This eliminates
lots of schema complexity, application programming and associated
