CGI components. I vote for placing it under DBIx where the database
design and programming folks will see it.
The unilingual universal code table version is called "CodeKit"
because it takes care of all of your database code table programming
for you.
"BabelKit" is the multilingual version of "CodeKit".
Hence DBIx::BabelKit
