Various modules, starting with File::Signature, a (unix specific)
module for detecting whether a file's content or attributes have
changed. In time, I expect to contribute Tie::Stream::Scalar,
Tie::Stream::Array, and Tie::Stream::Handle, three interfaces to
infinite streams. Also, I might upload Template::Simple which is, I
think, the -minimal- templating solution that everyone tries to
re-invent (by default it assumes the template comes after __DATA__
making it real useful for short CGIs and such.)
