rationale:
DNS::BIND contains two separate modules, one for manipulating
RFC-1035 compliant DNS zone files, and the other for manipulating
BIND configuration files.
The two method libraries provide OO interfaces, allowing system
programmers to create, configure, change or delete any type of
information in bind zone or config files in an intuitive manner. The
configuration information is stored internally in a flexible and
logical structure, which can be accessed through consistent methods
provided in the packages.
