When viewing the permission of File::Locate I find an entry belonging to
the PAUSE id DORNER with type 'come-first'. However, this namespace does
not appear to be registered. Nor has there been uploaded any
distribution of such a name. Can this be fixed/explained or so? I am a
little puzzled.
