It extends its functionality with (a) the stamping of the filename
with date/time and/or PID (as Log::Dispatch::File::Stamped but a

Log::Log4perl::DateFormat), (b) the flock()ing of the file (as
Log::Dispatch::FileRotate but without the file-renaming), and (c)
the awareness of a fork() in the middle of the program.
