rationale:
Since the module is intended for "munging files", the namespace
should be File::Munger.
The module should be listed because it provides (or will) very
usefull things, such as determining the type of a file, or
extracting only the textual content from it (think "retrieving text
from a pdf", or similar stuff), among others.
Although File::MMagic is used for identifying the file type in
File::Munger, this last one also checks extensions and other things
such as the file content (think "<html> for an HTML file", or
similar :) ).
