A part-of-speech tagger for German texts. The tagger uses a bi-gram
hidden markov model and two lexical resources that are downloaded
during the first use of the tagger. The tagger will accept raw text
and returns an xml-style tagged text that uses the standard
Stuttgard/T�bingen TagSet. From the tagged text, a wordlist can be
generated according to the user's preferences - for instance, a list
of nouns or noun phrases for use in indexing a text collection.
