Params::Check Params::Validate
rationale:
Params::Style changes the keys of hashes of named parameter, so the
author can easily allow javaStyleNames or perl_style_names.
It can be extended to other kinds of transformation.
This is a simple operation, more limited in scope than what
Params::Check and Params::Validate do. Params::Check offers a way to
convert all keys to lower case, but no way to go further.
Params::Validate does not change the hash keys.
