Similar to parts of Date::Manip but is a DateTime module
rationale:
DateTime::Format::Strptime parses date-times into DateTime objects
for use with the DateTime suite using the standard *nix strptime
syntax. For completeness the module also includes strftime for
formating DateTimes, but this is just an invisible pass-through to
the strftime in the core DateTime module.
