why:
I like to contribute a "Log::Log4perl::Layout::XMLLayout" package.
This package enables Log4perl users to generate XML-Logs in
accordance to the log4j Document Type Definition (log4j.dtd). Thus,
logfiles can be viewed and filtered via the Java based "chainsaw"
GUI (contained in log4j).
