This namespace is the parent namespace for other modules to follow.
They will be: Kolab::Config Kolab::DirServ::Config Kolab::DirServ
Kolab::Util etc.
The packages will be used in the core Kolab server as well as
provide standard interfaces to developers when wanting to expand on
the functionality of a Kolab server. For instance: use
Kolab::Config; exposes a hash of configuration settings. The
developer need not be concerned about where it is read from, they
should just use this standard interface when trying to read a Kolab
server configuration.
