A perl package that provides a simple API for the PCR primer design
program Primer3 and the PCR primer validation program e-PCR. The
purpose of the package is to provide a unified interface to these
different programs and provide the means to design and test PCR
primers with the same. The Primers and e-PCR programs are both
unix-specific binaries. Another advantage offered by this package is
that it supports platform indepenendent programatic access to the
programs via a remote server.
