XML::SAX::Context is a subclass of XML::SAX::Base, it can be used
anywhere XML::SAX::Base is used, but adds some power to it
rationale:
When using SAX I find myself often storing the parsing context, so
my handlers can know where they are in the document. This module
does it, and gives a few methods to access this context.
