Math::ODE
rationale:
To my knowledge Math::ODE is the only perl module dedicated to
solving ODE's. The main differences between Math::ODE and
PDL::RungeKutta are: 1. PDL::RungeKutta handles piddles making
easier solving high order equations. 2. PDL::RungeKutta uses
adaptive stepsize which allows error control.
