rationale:
This module constructs HTML pages from templates. There are already
excellent modules such as HTML::Template and Template with similar
purposes. However, this module tackles the task with more modular
syntax of template specification and easy incorporation of XML data
files.
This module is part of a project that provides a frame work for
generating dynamic web site, including data storage/retrieval
system, authentication system, and this template rewrite system. I
would like to integrate the module names under the name of HCKit
(HTML Construction Kit), rather than scattering them in other
namespaces such as Text, CGI, or HTML. Therefore, I would like to
request HCKit as a new rootlevel namespace.
