rationale:
I choose the existing Xmms:: root namespace because it is an
already established place for modules dealing with XMMS. The
InfoPipe name was choosen because the module deals with the
information the xmms-infopipe plugin supplies (and in fact, nothing
else).
I'd also like to suggest that the Xmms:: namespace be changed to
XMMS:: if possible, because 1) XMMS is an acronym and should be in
all caps and 2) XMMS is the official name of the project.
