rationale:
perlindex searches only fulltext, and is only a cgi. I have moved
the functionality into two modules (Pod::Indexer and Pod::Search)
and added a second search index/type table of contents search, which
searches for =head/=pod/=item and X<...> tags in pods.
Example on podindex.pti.co.il
Will result in much better searching in pods
