Shape.pm, an interface to Frank Warmerdam's C library shapelib,
which is for reading and writing shapefiles, which are for GIS
vector data. Maybe using the name GIS::Shape thus finally starting
the GIS namespace. I was prompted for this by Greg Garret from NOAA
who is using Shape.pm.
