Open-source web development library for web networks. As a library
this provides webpage creation via simple property definitions which
are interpreted simultaneously by the runtime and admistrative
interfaces. Individual modules include: Hash File, Logger, Meta Data
Management, Universal Hash Naming for Nested Data, Common Parsing,
Data Composition via orderred and named paramater scripting,
