Requesting change of maintainership for Net::Pcap

Hi modules people.  I am trying to hand over maintainership of the
Net::Pcap package to someone who is actually interesting in maintaining
it.  However it turns out that I (TIMPOTTER) am only the co-maintainer of
the project.  PLISTER was the original author of the module but is no
longer contactable:

Could someone please either make me primary maintainer of the package,
