Resoning behind listing this in a module list is... being useful.
Reasoning behind the naming is not so strong. I was not able to
lookup any other similar module; thus am not sure about being
consistent. However, the namespace choice groups this with the
filter mechanism itself and pretty descriptively expresses what does
the module do. If someone feels differently, I'm open to
suggestions.
