This modules reads, parses and scales the data sent by the Velleman
PPS10 personal oscilloscope over the serial port. There is no other
module that does this. The parsed data can be used by a graphical
application to render the oscilloscope screen, or log the data.
The serial stream contains sampling data for each frame of the
signal displayed on scope's LCD screen. The data is scaled to actual
time and volt values given the oscilloscope settings.
