rationale:
Net::SNMP::Util is a module for SNMP communication. This depends on
Net::SNMP.
Net::SNMP::Util gives convenient functions which is able to
communicate to multi-host at the same time, to deal several OID at
once, and also treat recieving data iteratively with callback
function.
Net::SNMP is providing basic and primitive methods for SNMP
communication. So the concept of this module, Net::SNMP::Util, is
providing easy, simple and usable way to do so.
