ALSA is mainly a MIDI architecture, and this module only offers
MIDI-relevant functions; it therefore belongs within MIDI. There is
currently no ALSA-related module on CPAN, therefore simply
MIDI::ALSA seems right. comp.lang.perl.modules raised no objections.
To align with the MIDI::ALSA name, the call-compatible Lua module is
named midialsa.
