WWW::Offline::Toolkit enables the generation of (rather simple)
static webpages from a set of definitions, such as pages, photo
albums and other "data records". The generated pages can then be
uploaded to a webspace. I used this for a couple of simple webpages
and hopefully its useful for others, e.g. for creating simple (small
company, restaurants etc.) webpages.
