rationale:
The module (and its submodules) all provide an object-oriented
approach to work (parse and analyse) with a dpkg logfile, therefore
I consider DPKG::Log (and DPKG::Log::Entry etc.) a sensible choice.
Additionally the namespace DPKG already exists for the
DPKG::Parse::* modules. I decided not to use something like
DPKG::Parse::Logfile because that would somehow not fit, given that
the submodules are not only parsing a logfile but providing an API
for *working* (parsing, analysing) with it.
