rationale:
This is the first rootlevel namespace for Android related stuff.
Android is *relatively* new OS, and currently doesn't have any Perl
support yet (including Android-Perl port, or Perl interface to
Native Android API is not even exist yet).
the `Android` namespace will serve as basic interface for Android
NDK related stuff, so in future Perl users can write Android apps
directly with Perl.
I'm currently working for a port Perl to Android.
