But the name isn't "Social Insurance Number". Sin is a widely used word
in a much different context, and there is no context in your name that
leads anyone to know what SIN is.

The name should probably subclass from a ::Luhn:: base module anyway,
anc be in a Checksum:: or similar namespace.
