The existing P4PERL (aka P4) only provides a transactional
interface, without representation for the various types of metadata
(branch, change, client/workspace, depot, file, user, group, job,
and label.
P4::OO is a layer that uses the P4PERL transaction layer, and
provides a set of first class objects that expose the relationships
between the metadata and provide more programmatic querying of the
meta data for stronger automation.
