why:
I have some new modules that I wish to contribute. Specifically a
set of modules to manage the Azureus AzSMRC service (Azereus web
plugin for remote management).
The existing client is Java only but the remote control protocol is
pure XML.
Searching CPAN and the web, I found no perl modules that dealt with
remote management of Azureus using perl.
