Algorithm::Cluster is the standard Perl module for data clustering,
at least in Computational Biology. The clustering methods are
generic, but the data format assumptions are specific to one
subfield of Computational Biology. Algorithm::DistanceMatrix is a
simple module to provide the correct input format for
Algorithm::Cluster, by allowing for user-defined distance metrics as
a callback.
