Weather::Underground screen scrapes and hasn't worked properly for
some time.
Weather::Bug::Weather requires an access key and does not gather
data from Weather Underground sites.
I chose this namespace to identify the module's method of access,
that being the XML API of wunderground.com. That said, I'd be more
than willing to change it to something that makes more sense if the
community suggests.
