why:
I wrote the module Text::UnicodeTable::Simple. (repos
https://github.com/syohex/p5-Text-UnicodeTable-Simple). This module
create text table. There are some similar modules in CPAN,
Text::ASCIITable, Text::SimpleTable etc. These modules cannot deal
with Full Width Characters, Japanese Hiragana, Katakana, Chinese
Kanji characters. Text::UnicodeTable::Simple can deal with Full
Width Characters. I think this module will be helpful for Asian
people. So I want to upload this module to CPAN.
