rationale:
There exists the module Net::SMS::O2 to send SMS over O2 UK and
WWW::SMS::IE::o2sms for Ireland. But for Germany there isn't any.
I've programmed it and would like to make the module public
available.
I choose the namespace Net::SMS because my module is using
Net::SMS::Web (similiar to Net::SMS::O2)
