HTML::TagTree allows the easy creation of a tree of objects with
minimal syntax (and typing). Each object represents an HTML tag in
the HTML DOM tree. Methods exist for producing well formatted valid
HTML text. Generated HTML features auto-quoting of tag attribute
values.
