While several (primarily Java) implementations of XProc, an XML
processing pipeline language (see http://www.w3.org/TR/xproc/),
exist, no Perl implementation exists. The proposed XML::XProc module
will allow users to execute a processing pipeline that adheres to
the W3C specification for the language.
