rationale:
After the Deadline provides a grammar and spell-check service at
http://www.afterthedeadline.com/development.slp with library
implementations in several languages. The service does as expected
(checks a document for spelling, grammar, and style), which I
believe falls within the Lingua namespace.
Further, the service is available in multiple languages simply by
switching the service url (see
http://www.afterthedeadline.com/development.slp for details). Since
it's a multilingual service, it doesn't belong in a language
specific namespace (i.e. Lingua::EN).
