rationale:
This module leverages many functions from the Paranoid modules
themselves, including the debug/trace functionality, so being part
of the Paranoid namespace seems obvious. Given that this package
will provide a generic framework for building UDP-based clients &
servers I believe it will be of interest to anyone else building
software utilizing Paranoid, and hence should be considered for
inclusion on the module list. Paranoid-specific entanglements aside,
this package will provide a simplified OO interface for building UDP
network software that will support connection-based filtering,
logging, heartbeat monitoring, payload encryption, and so on. All
with an extendable protocol definition system.
