rationale:
it not only saves the usual 4-5 lines to load a xrc file, but also
shows all XRC ID as a flat array of hash keys, which is sometimes
very handy if you not know forehand what you want to load or the xml
structure changed and with this module it will still work. And last
but not least a Perl hash is easier to access as an XML hierarchy.
After I'm done now with Tie::Wx::XRC it time to write this one.
After all, this module is ment to make it easier to use the XRC
output that you get if you click your WxPerl app together.
