I create this module to provide a really simple way to make REST
apps in perl. The final apps is simply module, and a conf can be
place everywhere or just with command like tools.
I love Dancer, and less Catalyst, but it's a little bit hudge to
create REST app, I want to keep it simple and powerfull.
I prerequest this namespace because I'm working on it actually, and
it's just a reservation, when I got something working I will upload
it.
