rationale:
I have considered using Business::ExactTarget or
Business::ESP::ExactTarget as this is an interface to a commercial
API. However, since Email::ConstantContact exists and
ConstantContact / ExactTarget offer similar services, using the same
Email:: root namespace would be more consistent.
Adding "ESP" to the namespace also clarifies what kind of email
activity this module will perform - Email::ESP::ExactTarget seems
more descriptive to me than just Email::ExactTarget.
