String::Validator is (or will be) a collection of modules for
validating strings -- passwords, ip addresses, etc. The concept is
to have a collection of modules that use similar methods to validate
all types of strings. These are mainly old wheels, my idea is to
collect and standardize them to make them both easy to find and use.
