rationale:
I decided to write this module because of the complexity of
interfacing an Arduino (an open-source electronics prototyping
platform), device with Perl, using a module like Device::SerialPort.
So I wrote this library just because write an application in Perl
which interfaces with Arduino shouldn't be difficult as it is, for
an inexperienced Perl programmer. Now it's just a lighter OOp
version of Device::SerialPort, but probably I'll implement in the
future, new methods and functionalities.
