Test::BoostUnit is almost identical to Test::Unit, except that
Test::Unit targets the JUnit output format, and BoostUnit will
target the C++ Boost unit test XML style output (and others as time
permits). The ultimate purpose is to allow unit tested perl to be
integrated with tools that parse the Boost Unit Test output.
